Skeletons on the Runway

There is a growing "Trend" happening in Fashion right about now and before you ask, No it doesn't have anything to do with Fabric style, Lip colour or Hem lengths. The infamous look "Size-Zero" is now not only appearing on the Catwalk or the Silver Screen, Size-Zero's walk among us every single day. But how many of us know anyone with a waist smaller than 23 inches? Or a bust that is no larger than 31 inches? Apparently anyone that shops at Marc Jacobs is a likely Candidate. But before we jump on the Cat attack bandwagon and rail about the growing Anorexia problem, Maybe we should take a look at Shops such as, Marc Jacobs, Chloe and Chanel and the way these encourage Anorexia, For example Marc Jacobs sells more Size-Zero's than anything else in it's Collection and truth be told, He has never seen a cutting order for a Size 14. Victoria Beckham defends Size-Zero models and believes that Designers have the right to choose Super-Skinny models, also "The Sun" newspaper reported "I don't think we should be discriminating against someone because they're too thin, or too curvy or too large or whatever." Banana Republic which is owned by GAP, Have invested in a smaller size than Size-Zero, named Size-00 and have already started to sell it on their website. Also Nicole Miller is making plans to introduce a"Sub-Zero."
